PRAKTIK MEKANISME PENETAPAN HARGA JUAL BELI PADI DI KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

The purpose of this study is to discuss the practice determining selling and buying price rice that practiced by people in Aceh Besar district. In practice, there are two times for determinations sale purchase which considered contain an element gharar second determination. This research will explain: how mechanism a review Islamic law related whether can be other areas. uses field methods with data collection techniques form interviews. results concluded: (1) determination rice, three types contracts used, ba'i, hybrid contract between ba'i wadiah qardh. (2) using legal refers rules ushul fiqh basic muamalah mubah. legality also supported urf able bring benefit even though it contains elements it. fixing yasir because has become 'urf present benefits mutual pleasure towards consequences arise from element. Two contracts, ba’i qardh according riview, they not contrary Law. (3) Although real terms increase farmers' income, cannot areas.
